About these terms

This site is operated by SHEER AURA (registration number WU18737). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes. An order is an offer to buy; Sheer Aura may decline an order, for example when stock is unavailable. We confirm an order when it is accepted.

Stock is reserved for 20 minutes during checkout and released if payment does not complete. We accept bank transfers with payment-slip upload and online card payments through PayHere. Card details are entered on PayHere's secure gateway and never touch Sheer Aura's servers.

Delivery

Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days island-wide by postal delivery. Delivery charge: Rs. 350 island-wide.

Handcrafted products

Our products are handcrafted. Colour, scent, and weight can vary slightly from batch to batch. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the affected order.
