Returns

Because soaps are a hygiene product, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are always eligible for a replacement or full refund regardless of that condition. Please report them with photographs within the same window.

Starting a return

Refunds

Refunds for online card payments are issued through PayHere as a full refund to the original card. PayHere does not support partial refunds. After processing, funds typically take 5-10 working days to appear on your statement.

Bank-transfer orders are refunded by bank transfer to the paying account.
