How we use it

We use this information to fulfil orders, arrange delivery, provide support, and communicate about order status.

Service providers and payment data

We use Supabase for database and file storage, and PayHere for payment processing. These providers process information on our behalf. Sheer Aura never receives or stores full card numbers.

Payment slips are held in private storage and are accessible to staff only through short-lived signed links.

Retention and your choices

We keep order records for accounting purposes. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting sheeraurasoaps@gmail.com.

Cookies and local storage

This site uses only local browser storage for the shopping cart. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
